It was founded by Dr. Murali Mohan S and Dr. Balachandra BV, both of whom have experienced first-hand the gaps that exist not in treatment, but in everything that surrounds it – the continuity, follow-up, patient engagement, and the ability to carry clinical context forward over time. This understanding shapes every layer of the platform. The founding vision comes from within the system; not as an external solution, but as infrastructure rooted in real-world care.

This clinical foundation is supported by a strong operations team, led by Dr. AN Prasad and Dr. Deepa Chandran, ensuring reliability in execution from onboarding to ongoing support. Alongside this, the technology function, guided by Mr. Krishna Prasad - focuses on building scalable, secure, and intelligent systems that evolve with modern healthcare.
Equally, the importance of compliance and standards in healthcare is fundamental. This is shaped by Dr. Ramaswamy AS, who anchors the platform in regulatory alignment and clinical governance.

“When a child comes back to my clinic with an asthma flare, their parents should not have to remind me what worked last year. I should already know.
That gap between the care a patient deserves and the care the system can consistently deliver — that is where LinQMD was born. We are not building another healthcare app. We are building the infrastructure that was always missing.

The patient in front of you deserves complete attention, and the system around you cannot afford to fail. That is the standard I bring to LinQMD.
A doctor’s time is clinical time. It belongs to patients, not to platforms. If a doctor has to follow up twice, wait for something that was already promised, or repeat the same issue — we have taken time away from a patient who needed it. And that is not acceptable.
When a doctor trusts LinQMD, that trust should reflect in how we deliver: profiles go live on time, support does not need chasing, and the experience feels reliable. This is not a feature — it is a standard.
