5. Teleconsultation Limitations
Teleconsultations have inherent limitations compared to in-person clinical encounters. The Platform is not designed for emergency or urgent medical situations. In case of medical emergencies, severe symptoms, or situations requiring immediate attention, users must contact local emergency services or visit the nearest emergency medical facility without delay. Reliance on the Platform during emergencies may result in serious harm.
9. Children & Minors Clause

12. Content Moderation & Removal Rights
The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, moderate, restrict, suspend, or remove any doctor-generated or user-generated content that violates Platform policies, legal requirements, ethical standards, or poses potential risk—without prior notice. Such actions do not imply liability or endorsement.
13. Service Availability & Downtime
Platform services are provided on an “as available” basis. Availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, system upgrades, force majeure events, or third-party service dependencies. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaims responsibility for any consequences arising from service unavailability or delays.
