Each doctor is solely responsible for his/her qualifications, advice, opinions, diagnoses, treatment decisions, communications, and compliance with applicable professional and ethical obligations.The Platform only provides an opportunity for healthcare professionals to showcase their skills & experience and does not endorse any doctor, specialty, opinion, or course of treatment.

Content created or shared by doctors—such as articles, blogs, podcasts, videos, educational materials, or responses—reflects the individual views and professional perspectives of the respective authors. Such content is provided for general educational purposes only and may not be applicable to every individual or clinical situation. The Platform does not independently verify the medical accuracy, completeness, or suitability of doctor-generated content and makes no representations or warranties regarding its reliability.

Teleconsultations have inherent limitations compared to in-person clinical encounters. These may include incomplete medical histories, absence of physical examination, technical constraints, communication gaps, and reliance on user-provided information. Teleconsultations may not be appropriate for all conditions, symptoms, or medical emergencies.

Users acknowledge that clinical outcomes may differ from in-person consultations and accept these limitations when choosing teleconsultation services

The Platform may use artificial intelligence or automated tools exclusively for administrative, engagement, moderation, operational support, or user interaction assistance. AI tools are not used to provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical decision-making. AI-generated outputs, where applicable, are informational or functional in nature and must not be interpreted as medical guidance.

The Platform may conduct credential checks or verification of doctors using reasonable and commercially practicable methods. However, such verification does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of competence, quality of care, availability, or outcomes. Users remain responsible for exercising independent judgment when selecting healthcare professionals.

The Platform is not designed for emergency or urgent medical situations. In case of medical emergencies, severe symptoms, or situations requiring immediate attention, users must contact local emergency services or visit the nearest emergency medical facility without delay. Reliance on the Platform during emergencies may result in serious harm.

The Platform is intended to be used by the adults (over 18 years of age). Where minors are involved, access and use must occur under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Platform does not knowingly provide medical services directly to minors without appropriate authorization, and guardians remain solely responsible for healthcare decisions involving minors.

The Platform may allow user-generated content such as comments, reviews, feedback, or discussion inputs to be posted and viewed by the User (s). Such content represents the personal views of users and does not reflect the views of the Platform. User-generated content shall not be considered as  medical advice and should not be relied upon for healthcare decisions in any manner.

Any patient–doctor relationship, whether arising from in-person consultations or teleconsultations, is strictly between the patient and the doctor. The Platform is not a party to such relationships and does not assume responsibility for medical outcomes, disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from clinical interactions.All disputes related to medical care must be resolved directly between the patient and the healthcare professional, subject to applicable laws and professional regulations.

The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, moderate, restrict, suspend, or remove any doctor-generated or user-generated content that violates Platform policies, legal requirements, ethical standards, or poses potential risk—without prior notice. Such actions do not imply liability or endorsement.

Platform services are provided on an “as available” basis. Availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, system upgrades, force majeure events, or third-party service dependencies. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaims responsibility for any consequences arising from service unavailability or delays.

Medical information, features, and content on the Platform may be updated, modified, or removed over time without prior notification to the User (s). The Platform does not guarantee that content will remain current or applicable forever. Users are encouraged to review this Disclaimer periodically for updates.

The Platform is committed to protecting personal and health-related data using reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, consistent with global data protection and information security principles. Data collection, use, storage, and user rights are governed exclusively by the Privacy Policy.
