Collection of Data: We may collect the following categories of personal data: identification data, including your name, medical registration number, and KYC documents; contact data, such as your phone number, email, and clinic address; professional data, including your degrees, specialization, experience, and publications; content data, such as blogs, FAQs, and podcasts submitted by you; system usage data, including login activity, analytics, and platform behavior; AI interaction data, such as inputs and outputs from Genie; and patient interaction data, but only when entered by doctors.

Purpose of Processing: We process personal data for verifying identity and medical qualifications, creating and managing your public profile, enabling platform features such as LinQ360, CAEPY, and Genie, providing insights, analytics, and appointment tools, enhancing platform functionality through usage analytics, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations and ethical standards

Google Places is integrated to offer location-based suggestions during registration and form completion. Mouseflow is employed to gain insights into user behavior through session recordings and form analytics. For customer support, we rely on Freshdesk to efficiently handle and respond to user inquiries
